Maximale is an architecture and design practice operating globally across various disciplines, typologies, and scales. Our approach is deeply rooted in constructional honesty, material integrity, and the human scale, crafting spaces that profoundly elevate the everyday experience.

Founded by Pablo Delgado and Cristina Garau, our methodological rigor is shaped by an international trajectory. Following formative years across Amsterdam, Paris, and Venice, their respective careers consolidated in London.
There, Pablo developed global retail environments for iconic heritage brands such as Burberry and Tiffany & Co., while Cristina practiced within the internationally acclaimed offices of BIG and Adjaye Associates.
Today, Maximale synthesizes this diverse, cross-scale expertise into a singular practice in Madrid, bringing global vision to highly detailed, context-driven architecture where every component is subordinated to a unifying concept.
Every project begins with an unshaped intention—a blurred vision guided by a rigorous conceptual process to uncover its essential nature.
It is only by placing intention, precision, and sensitivity at the core of our work that we can pursue a thoughtful response to a specific context.
The result of this process is an architecture that feels inherently coherent across all scales. It is a spatial language designed to be experienced through proportion, light, and materiality—an environment that invites quiet discovery and sustains a profound sense of calm.
